Why Work With Me?

I understand what it feels like when your body starts changing and nothing seems to work the way it used to.

At 46, I entered menopause and, like many women, I noticed a sudden shift; I gained nearly 20 pounds, felt constantly tired, and watched my motivation fade. The physical activity and nutrition habits that once kept me fit no longer deliver the same results.

 

But I refused to settle. I studied my own body through the same lens I use to help my clients, combining my background in Nutrition and Public Health with over 18 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer. I developed a practical, science-based system to rebalance my hormones, rebuild strength, and reset my metabolism without relying on extreme diets or a gym.
 

Over the years, I’ve built more than a program — I’ve built a community. A growing circle of health-minded women, men, and children learning to move, eat, and live with purpose. Through fitness, dance, and nutrition, we’re creating spaces where wellness feels achievable, inclusive, and empowering.
 

My mission is simple: to help you take control of your health, restore confidence in your body, and rediscover the energy and joy that come with balance.
